A simple security overview for Telltide
Telltide is currently in a pilot waitlist stage. This page gives a high-level view of how we think about website security and data minimisation today.
Current scope
At this stage, the public website is primarily an informational site with a pilot waitlist form. That means the amount of information processed directly through the site is intentionally limited.
Data minimisation
We aim to collect only the information needed to operate the waitlist and communicate with people who have asked to hear from us. Today, that is primarily the email address submitted through the signup form.
Third-party infrastructure
The site relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, traffic delivery, and form processing. These providers may process technical and operational data as part of keeping the site available and receiving pilot waitlist submissions.
Access and operational controls
We aim to limit access to website and waitlist data to only what is needed to operate the site and manage pilot interest. We also aim to keep the public site and its dependencies simple so there is less unnecessary surface area.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue relating to the Telltide website, please contact hello@telltide.io with details. Please do not attempt destructive testing, disruption, or access to data that is not yours.
Future updates
As Telltide moves beyond the pilot waitlist and into product delivery, this page may be expanded with more detailed information about application security, data handling, and operational controls.
